A year for others – and a gain for you.

Experience organized sports, take on responsibility, and work in varied areas such as youth, events, club organization, and office.

Additionally, there are pocket money, social security benefits, training, and discounts. Depending on the requirements, the FSJ can also be recognized for university entrance qualification and help with career orientation.

Gain practical experience. Meet people. Shape the future.
