Footgolf is a sporty combination of two worlds: played on the golf course, but with a soccer ball instead of clubs and a golf ball. The goal is to get the ball into a special large hole with as few kicks as possible – very similar to golf, but played with the foot.

Soccer meets Golf
Footgolf is soccer played by golf rules: the aim is to get the ball into the hole with as few kicks as possible. Our footgolf course consists of 15 varied holes on our Eifelcourse.
Footgolf is perfect for families, friends, school classes, clubs, or companies – it’s easy to learn and suitable for all ages. That way, everyone can join in and have fun together.

Answers to your questions
You may wear indoor shoes or multi-socks or normal sneakers. Soccer shoes with cams or studs are not permitted, as these would damage the greens. Otherwise, no special equipment is required. Normal sports clothing is sufficient. A polo shirt would be desirable, but is not compulsory. A dress code has become established among footgolfers, which is as follows: knee-length socks, knee-length trousers, polo and sliders. This is just a suggestion. But please always remember that footgolf is also a sport for gentlemen and ladies. Size 5 footballs can be brought along or borrowed from us.
Depending on the number of players (maximum 4 per group), you can use the following average playing times as a guide:
- 2 players: 45 – 75 minutes
- 3 players: 75 – 100 minutes
- 4 players: 90 – 120 minutes
Of course, footgolf is most fun when the weather is nice. But as a general rule, there is no such thing as bad weather for footgolf, only bad clothing. Bring a rain jacket in case of emergency. Otherwise, you can play as long as it’s not raining cats and dogs, snowing or a thunderstorm.
